What is a Lithium-ion Battery?

The iJuicz and most electronics where size is important use what is called a Lithium-ion Battery, however there are several short names for the same battery such as Lithium-ion, Li-ion ...yes, they all refer to the same thing. These are not to be confused with Lithium Batteries that contain metallic lithium. Lithium-ion batteries are secondary batteries that contain an intercalation anode material.

Is Your iPhone Battery NOT What it Used to Be?

Noticed a decline in your battery's performance lately? Well, as great as Lithium-ion Polymer batteries are, one of the downsides is they age. When they age, they deteriorate, usually after a year. Depending on the application of them, they can last 2,3 or 5 years, but they do gradually deteriorate. Yes, an  iJuicz will definately help during this period.

Will the iJuicz Overcharge My iPhone?

The iJuicz  will not overcharge or short circuit because they have an Intelligent Curcuit (IC) Chip built in. They will shut off when your battery is fully charged.
