Products have been tested by manufacturers to receive certifications. BluJuicz has tested all products offered and with proper use under proper conditions these products will pose no harm to your phone or other devices.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

BluJuicz offers a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and it is refund eligible, we will refund your money on product RECEIVED BY US WITHIN 14 DAYS from the date of purchase minus shipping or accrued expenses. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. For returns,exchanges and refunds your purchase must be in original packaging and in brand new condition unless factory defective. BluJuicz stands behind it's products and will replace portable batteries that malfunction within proper use parameters for a 60 day term, return shipping is the purchasers expense. BluJuicz will look at cases on an individual basis, with customer service always in mind. BluJuicz will not replace products that have been damaged or broken due to improper use, misuse or abuse this includes dropping as frequently seen in cell phone cases.For example, in the case of retractable items, you will NOT get a refund if you break the retracting mechanism. We are unable to accept returns on HEADPHONES for hygienic reasons.

All products are in working order when they leave BluJuicz, each item is tested before being shipped.
